Gura is being disingenuous. That statement's wrong, and she knows it.
Actually "doing what she can" would mean either streaming regularly, stating explicitly why she can't stream, or going on hiatus and being clear that her fans shouldn't expect more streams if she really can't reveal it.
She wants her fans to keep anticipating her streams even though she's not sure when she'll stream and can't even commit to going one month where she streams more often than not (that's less than four streams a week, it's really not that hard). I don't care if her entire family has cancer and she needs the money to keep them alive, there's no defending this behavior.
