What happens with Meniere's is there's too much fluid building up and that's bad when it's in the middle of your skull. This can cause dizziness, confusion, loss of equilibrium and a sense of vertigo, and all that pressure on the inside of your ears will eventually start causing hearing loss. Noel said she takes diuretics for it which basically inhibits your body's ability to reabsorb sodium, and water travels wherever sodium does so it drains fluid from her body. It's a shitty disease to have but at least we live in a time where it can be medically managed.
There are surgeries that can create a more permenant solution but that's really only something you do when diuretics are no longer working.
