Holo themselves have already shown that they have the best eye for talent in the industry and can retain talents as well (don't forget that Coco is the only person recently who left Hololive on their own. Sana more than likely wanted to stay but was just lazy and got kicked out and Rushia, of course, was fired)
You would basically need vtubing as a whole to decline in order for Hololive to decline.
