As for Niji lawyers, the problem is that they revealed their hands too early this year when they tried to take down drama channels and the Asian doxsite. They issued takedown claims, but the victory was incredibly short lived since the doxsite went back up a few days later. And the DMCAs they sent to Youtube channels expired, because once False threatened to sue they probably realized they didn't have a case, and his channel strike was swiftly removed.
Point being, Anycolor can barely handle shit in Asia, let alone their home country. They probably won't be able to enforce those non competitive clauses in America or Europe at all, any judge would probably throw it out of a courtroom for how silly it is.
