There is zero chance finana will ever get the boot. the fact she's even still employed with the things she's leaked while zaion was terminated for a fucking deez nuts joke means that either management is biased and selective in who they enforce the rules on or the clique rrats are the truth and any action against finana will see too much internal damage as the clique would retaliate.
In either of those scenarios, and it has to be one of those two based on what we know, finana will never be terminated. she might even be one of the last nijis left standing once they start crumbling.

Finana went on multiple "vacations" shortly after that time. It's clear they were willing to forgive her if no future infractions occurred. Same shit happened with Zaion, but she didn't wait out for them to chill and got them upset in a very short time.

Finana was in Nijisanji for over a year at that point. They sat her down and threatened her to stop and let her off with a single suspension. Next time she does anything like this she's terminated.

Zaion was a newcomer that didn't even stream a full month before she got suspended. They and her say she was given multiple chances and she still fucked up because she's a dumbass and her manager was also incompetent.

It's a lot easier to get rid of someone that just joined vs someone that is from the founding group.

Zaion was fired for possibly leaking information, nothing that was actually leaked. Finana ACTUALLY leaked, and doxxed herself in the process. Zaion was fired for mentioning romhacks exist, meanwhile Finana actually advocated for pirating hentai manga (and this was extremely close to debut).

Management just wasn't willing to give Zaion a chance to recover from her extremely minor fuckups, for whatever reason.
