Please be less retarded. Flare has seen the game, likes it, encouraged everyone to play it, but stated she can't play it on stream yet due to some permission issue. Most likely the dev reskinned sprites or backgrounds or something.

The dev said that the legal team assumed that the music came from megaman (when in fact they are 8bit hololive music covers made in the same style) and blacklisted the game for a while.
The problem was solved and Mori even played it but it was a time when Flare was on vacation so not sure if she is aware that she has permission now
