She'd have to be an idiot to give that up now (which she is, but even she isn't that dumb to not see everything that has happened).
Mori is even less likely. Her UMG contract is tied to her Hololive personality, and that thing is a gold mine. Why would she give that up for an uncertain future at a new company, especially one without the built-in success?
The only one that's possible is Haachama, and only because she's on a downward spiral of both success and psychology.
It's as Kson says, a company has to offer their talents a good deal to keep them, and VShojo currently cannot offer even the mid tier talents anything that remotely resembles what they already have. It takes a special kind of person to give up a golden goose for "talent freedom", so the best chance that VShojo has of poaching the higher up holo girls is to create a yab on them so big that it forces graduations, while pointing the blame at something else.
