I love Pika, at least before she fallen into the react meta.
But having her in Hololive doesn't make much sense, perhaps a few years ago it would. But it is clear that just streaming experience is not enough to qualify you into hololive. They are slowly turning into general entertainment agency.

And even then her growth pales in comparison with her Hololive days.
As for Rushia, she is basically fired. No sane corporation is willing to take in a NDA breaker willingly. Only Vshojo is willing to take that risk since they are basically just a Twitch clique without any real corporation backing.
