Sana for being a lazy piece of shit that did not actually want to be a vtuber, the job fell on her lap for free and she never appreciated it and got buyer's remorse.
What a colossal fuck up. It was basically a 4 girls gen.
And Kronii because she's an immature emotional wreck that hates herself and what she does and can't give a shit about her fans, she pretty much does whatever she wants, dragging herself to get shit done and her disrespect of the community has costed her about 70% of her peak CCV and Council's reputation and it hurts their bigger collabs because people just don't want to see Kronii on stream.
Definitely agreed a good work ethic is probably the most important thing as a vtuber.
They can be passionate or just autistic or just workaholics, but as long as they show up to stream and put their best performance they will grow and elevate their gen and company. This isn't 100% guaranteed, a cute voice, good model, fun personality, some charisma still go a long way and can help growth be much faster and have a higher peak, but those are all wasted if the hard work isn't there first.
This is why I am afraid Cover has wasted EN3's potential already.
Cover should really drop the whole "let's get an illustrator, and an asmr artist, and a voice actresss..." bullshit and hire girls who have experience as vtubers, who have committed to if for years and proven that when given the chance at a big corpo they will bring their best game.
