Probably. Yagoo wanting Haachama to stop doing weird shit was likely the reason for her reverting to Akai Haato, and the COEXIST arc was her having some fun for the last time.

So the current state of things (which will probably change by the next stream) is that Haato and Haachama are still opposed to each other, although the terms of that have shifted a bit. There will likely still be streams where Haato is in control, and streams where Haachama is in control. The only real difference is that Haato will no longer be viewed as purely a victim in their relationship.

Cover probably isn't super thrilled about Haachama, but if they were really that worried about it they would've pulled the plug earlier instead of letting her turn the crazy and degeneracy up to 11 one last time.

I suspect she likes her Haachama side more, since it's her own creation while Haato is probably more based on what Cover wants. So I'm sure we'll see Haachama back in some form. Maybe with less crazy this time around, but there's no way she sticks to Haato for every stream forever.
