These things have never been cleared up. If she's truly alumni:
1. She should be able to do voice work for Hologra, Holoalt etc as a freelancer
2. HoloALT wouldn't require a retcon
3. Cover should still be able to hold concerts starring alumni, its not like Coco is going to be the only Holo that retires, it would just be another freelance gig.
4. She should be able to shouldn't be banned from being a guest on a 3D debut.
