That's fine if you at least use some good ingredients for your pancakes.
I regularly use oat and wheat for my pancakes with a little cinnamon and turmeric in them. Gives them a nice taste.
Likewise I also love cooking them just a liiiiittle longer to make them crispier.

Potabo is one of those few things I simply cannot eat with minimal cooking. I can eat damn near every other veg with minimal or no cooking, but potato is fucking vile without being blasted by the sun.
