This is a bare minimum damage control and PR move protect her and the company. This is simply how PR and optics control work. This is an important part of any company and brand. Not distancing herself from identity based harassment would not only be irresponsible but also stupid.

We know management writes some of the shit she says because she has admitted it before that event ever happened and that post reads like obvious management shit, but at the very least she might have been smart enough to make sure it includes no real apologies or commitments to ideology on her part so she won't put herself in a position where trannies could demand more of her.
