Unpopular opinion - the concerts and shift towards the idol image hurts HoloEN. I have so many friends who either stopped watching HoloEN or refuse to give them a try because "HoloEN are idols". I think the audience for idols is already saturated on the west. I believe there is much more potential to grow in the gaming community. Try to grab attention of the huge amount of people who sit on Twitch. Try to find affiliation with big game publishers. That's the market that still has a lot of potential. I mentioned it in the past that Cover treat HoloEN like "HoloJP abroad" and I still stand by this opinion. However, you won't take the west by storm with girls in frilly idol outfits and judging success by the amount of blurays and merch sold (especially with the shipment issues).
