It's nice she streams at comfy western time frames now too, but I think she's mostly the comfy zatsu type streamer and sometimes that's in JP so it filters some EOP viewers. I think she's for people who want to cheer her on as an idol, since that's her goal and she's been working towards it since the beginning. In her last trip to Japan, she met with Suisei, Miko, Marine, and Towa so her networking is insane. Just wait for her EP and pray that will draw new supporters. Watching Suzy's last solo 3D live concert and participating in 4th Fes gave her some serious motivation so just hang tight and believe in our Rat.
