>>49862669I mean it's nothing we didn't already knew or could reasonably infer just from looking at past patterns from the outside. Many ENs are kinda "passive passengers", like yeah sure at least they're not actively malicious (just look at some leaks of the competitor company to see how bad it could be), but they're just not go-getters and are just happy to coast along waiting for someone else to do all the organizing work and just sign on in the end (if they respond at all).
Management is also too hands-off, sure being too overbearing micro-managing has its own problems, but at least do something more than just "hey here's this thing, if you wanna do it, just figure out the rest of everything for yourself lol.." and actually do the work of tardwrangling the talents around a specific set date. Instead it has to be Kiara again who does all the organizing because she probably knows management doesn't do it and the other talents certainly are too lazy/passive. If anything, the "leak" shows her being the most responsible and proactive, see how the "worst" thing eggtrannies can make out of this is just "b-but they didn't respond to her immediately, therefore uuh they hate her haha!!!".
Anyone who's been forced into "group projects" in school or uni probably knows this issue. No one else wants to step up and take charge, either due to laziness or not caring, but if no one does, then everyone (including you) gets a bad grade. Everybody is just waiting passively for someone else to start. So you suck it up and take charge and do all the organizing. Then after much tardwrangling it kinda works out out and the group hastily slapdashes something together just before the end. But now you're stuck with the image of "the organizer" and the others will become even more passive in the future because you've set the expectation you're gonna do everything for them again and they can just rely on you forever and never have to do anything themselves. I'm projecting of course, but yeah, I hated "group projects" (and how lazy teachers seem to assign more and more of them, because they think it's "good training for your work life, because in business most projects are group projects!") because they always turned out this way and I much rather preferred to work on my own. It's more work but at least the results are 100% my own efforts and I don't have to also carry a bunch of deadweights around.
In conclusion: quasogey
