She's gotten better at that lately since she's started pushing herself to organize tournaments and shit, so I assume that her continued avoidance of Miko outside of these events is a sign that either the shippers still live rent free in her head even 3 years later after they've mostly moved on to Micomet anyway, or deep down inside she knows she did Miko dirty by dropping her, and the guilt eats her up and makes talking to Miko too awkward. For Miko's part, I assume that after being ignored for a while she simply gave up, and after being accepted in to the Shiraken clique, she didn't need Pekora anymore, she had a new group of friends who are more reliable. This doesn't happen with Micomet despite the shippers being just as bad for the simple reason that Suisei isn't a massive sperg.
