Yes, Kira graduated back in November. If you want more info on the reasons behind their graduation, you'll have to dig a bit. You see, Kira were actually two people. One of them was a woman who did the high voice and played Ring Fit while the other was a man who was doing the low voice and was playing Apex. Something happened between the two of them and they decided to end their activites. It's unfortunate, especially as the other Chibistars were effected by this decision, but that kind of situation sometimes happens. At least, Kira are still in good relation with other Holostars members and the character is still loved by his mother
