Vshojo is by far the least intrusive of all corpos, they hold no ownership of their copyright, they can collab with any vtuber or e-celeb, allowed to vent boyfriend and personal life, Vei was allowed to join in Mythic while being in vshojo, yet they thew it all away.

Doesn't baffle me at all.
The ENTIRE PREMISE of VShojo is that if you join them, you'll make more money than you would as an indie or as a low-end Corpo chuuba. That's it. There was literally nothing else about their identity that their fans or talents themselves cared about.

People like to say "oh, well, if your agency is good then you can get people to stay no matter what" but bullshit. When your only selling point is the amount of money you dish out to your chuubas, guess what the fuck they're going to do when they find out Mythic, or being indie, will pay more. Yeah, leave. Obviously.

They could do all of this by joining any esport org/content creator org and probably make more money doing it. The vtub space is so fucking bad and exploitative that offering the basic professional standard is considered as something good. Stop shilling for shitty orgs

Also, Vtubers are not especial to the Western audience. They are simply normal streamers, pushing this Idol culture bullshit is not going to work for too long. As soon as any vtuber intereact to someone outside of the vtuber bubble and talk about business they will know that they are getting fucked over. The vtuber business model is flawled in the very core and they either adapt by offering better conditions or they try to chain theses girls to the org. The vtuber bubble did not popped yet, but as soon is that happen we will see the majority of the content creators and orgs shitting in this god awful and exploitative business model.

Hey guys I feel like you’re a little confused with mythic talent. They aren’t like Vshojo where they help with creation of lore videos, new merch, new song covers, outfit designs, overlays and etc. Mythic Talent’s only job is that they help the content creators they are partnered with find new sponsorships opportunities. So all they do is handle sponsorship related stuff. And they get their small cut from each sponsorship with the talent. Just letting you know because many of you seem to have like the wrong idea of Mythic Talent.
