She originally said that she was going to have dinner with someone, but then realized that sounded suspicious, so she quickly said it was a senpai.
Later, after she got back from Japan, chat asked her about the dinner date with the senpai and she said "Oh, no way. I can't say it because I promised her I'd never talk about it. That's going to the grave." Which is something literally no one from Hololive JP would ever make her say or do.
A couple days after Gura said she was going to dinner with a senpai soon, Kanauru posted this:
