To answer the OPs question, yes, she is the best Hololive has on the EN side right now. She is semi-consistent with her streaming and has the highest CCVs outside of Gura (who as pointed out, doesn't stream)
Gura has streamed literally once in the past month on her own channel and done 2 collabs, that's it. The chumcucks ate extremely well last month with 6 streams compared to her "new normal." of one or two streams a month tops.
