I don't think there's a legal way of getting Monster Girl Quest in English, but I can only assume this entire thing is strictly off stream anyhow. It would have that mix of maximum awkward squeamishness over a lot of the defeats, discovering all sorts of weird fetishes, frustration with the sometimes ridiculous RNG, and her probably actually vibing with some of the characters and the story.
