The insights to be gained from here are utter pearls before swine, lost on them. Many of them literally do the opposite of what would be sage advice for how to actually-grow and have a consistent authentic fanbase, goslings, you name it all you have to do is study who is actually-revered here and see what they do and also importantly, what they do not do.
I also feel however nijiEN is a massively peer-pressure-laden environment between cliques and management trying to rope everyone in. Basically some of them crab bucket each other down and keep doing it until they're all convinced being in the bucket is the winning move.
Wouldn't surprise me if their recent morale issues and such lately are from observing their stats and income in sharp decline wondering what went wrong. Gee it's almost as if ignoring all those signals they're pissing people off for real actually have a real consequence. /vt/ is like a canary in the coalmine in essence, this is the first place you'll spot trouble if there is a genuine broad bad reaction to something - everywhere else is too scared, naive or policed into saying it.
