Ina, as always, is the dark horse you can't count out. Unfortunately Kiara is too dense to pursue Gura into that kiss and Gura herself would implode before getting it herself, but their recent dynamic is nice. Korone is an interesting case since they are positively wet for each other, but the physical and hierarchical distance between the two of them is too big to overcome. The rest are just friendships or not big enough to mention and overall it comes down to Mori, Ina and Reine.
