Are we forgetting something? It's Rushia. Yes she would actually be mad jealous and not try to hide it.

What I'd guess could be happening is that because Kson and Pikamee were so close for a while, that they get along better as belonging in the same organization together and Nazuna is just kinda-there and came by more as a poach target of opportunity on Kson's part, taken in just because she's a scoop for Vshojo's clout than because she's specifically good buddies with Coco - come to think of it Rushia did not really have many Holo friends period. She's just kinda like that, and I can see her feeling used just as a second-hand clout boost to help Kson's own interests in trying to legitimize vshojo.

She's been feeling sick and down lately. There's no need to worry though, her VShojo friends have been there reaching out to her so when she feels a bit better she can come back into the group. Kson and Henya want to play Minecraft with her and Froot was talking about making a cover with her. As long as she doesn't find out that Zentreya stole a bunch of shit from her chest in Minecraft and then died with all of it, it should all be fine

The biggest problem is just that Nazuna doesn't fit in with VShojo in any way. The only member that doesn't know English and even the rest of VShojo "JP" cater to their global audience first. Even the Hololive connection is shallow & something they can only relate over OFF stream. IMO it's all just incident #1000 demonstrating these women aren't businessmen, they don't know how to make good decisions. Did she & Henya even read contracts, or did they take the offer from a friend without too much thought?

I feel like something this kinda post missed is that being in vshojo isn't a debuff in any way for Nazuna. The alternative would be just being an indie and uh... It would mostly be the same, besides the different model and platform. She'd probably be even more isolated if anything, she doesn't strike me as the networking type.

Nothing, no one knows what's in the contracts, I'm just saying I wouldn't be surprised if they rushed the decision. It's not like much time was spent between graduating and debuting, time that was likely spent getting the model & rigging ready. Not to mention any other pre-debut preparations.

you can't say that for certain. she still streams as mikeneko for a reason + can't seek competing offers until her current contract is over. Vshojo gave her & Henya a job but who else would've if they were more patient?

What is wrong can be resumed in one word, twitch. They are blocked here, and while in general youtube is more popular than twitch everywhere, yes everywhere, it's even worse in japan. On top of that twitch is really not ideal for people like rushia or pika in term of growth. They are both too big to attract groomers and to small to attract kidoss. And that already 99% of the potential new audience filtered that way.
