Why do vtubers deserve anonymity in the first place? I can't think of any other form of entertainment where keeping the identity of the performers a secret is paramount, even with traditional japanese idols.

/vt/ is genuinely the easiest place on the internet to be banned from. I've been active online for 20+ years and even reddit and facebook aren't as god-modded as this place. You can get banned seemingly at random. Janny just doesn't like your thread? Enjoy the 3 day ban. I've caught 3 days just for saying the word "roommate" or "reps." This won't happen on any other platform. This place is a no fun zone, which explains why we still have week old threads up on the catalogue. People don't want to post /here/ anymore.
