A shopping cart rolls towards the camera.
Riding inside it is a fat, nearly nude male Negro holding a cardboard box of cereals.
As the cart rolls to a stop he launches the cereals contained within the box up into the air.
This alerts a very obese woman who begins backing away in abject horror from this terrifying sight.
Meanwhile the Negro grabs two jugs of (presumably) milk which he had stashed next to his genitals and he proceeds to douse himself with the liquid which spills onto the ground.
The camera pans slightly to show the approach of an Arab in the traditional dress of his people. The Arab uses some kind of small towel or wipe to obtain a sample of the liquid.
The negro observes this action with mild interest, even as he continues to launch milk into the air.
The Arab then appears to move behind the shopping cart to push it as the video ends.
