I meant, sure, if you want to "win" by being the grinder group who prioritize quantity over quality, feel free to go ahead. There is a reason why nips tracking sites track CCV first and foremost.
People picked CCV because of one simple thing: it's a simple, easy to understand metric. WYSIWYG.
Leaving the cull asides - which is more favorable since Luxiem is much less culled than HoloEN or NijiEN females, mind you - 1 CCV = 1 person watching your stream. Higher CCV = more people are being interested your stream. Nothing more, nothing less - a great metric for the horse race, if you want to put it coarsely. That's also why Cover asks their applicants for their peak CCVs, not subs, views or donations.
Other metrics are either affected by multiple different factors so you can't just simply say "Oh, X is more popular than Y because X has better <metric> in general" without analyzing each and every factors; or simply don't reflect how popular a streamer is or how well they are doing at all (i.e: SC after we found out how corpo chuubas had been making millions from merchs)
