What if story like this always failed on the important question;

To be fair, it's probably a taboo topic over there to imagine a Japanese victory, especially since they're more nationalistic so it'll cause outrage irregardless of whether it's portrayed as good or bad. Though I think there was a fan theory that K-On! or another CGDCTSoL anime takes place in a world where the Axis won, that may have been /pol/ or /a/'s wishful thinking though. Anyways, WW2 alt histories are universally shit, just find the idea of Japan-owned America funny.

That's Gochiusa
I'm not sure about that theory but what is confirmed is that the show takes place in Colmar(France), with small cameos from nearby Strasbourg, as well as hos springs being from Budapest, and Cocoa's hometown being some rural place Hungary whose name escapes me.
