Astel gets nervous with strangers, because he has a tendency to run his mouth when he shouldn't, which could cause problems. Aruran seems up for it, but he's already doing a TRPG and Mario Party collab with her. Hanakishi are off in their own world. Shien and Rikka could be up for it, but they're average players and Matsuri seems to mostly play with good ones. Roberu doesn't want to be seen as a leech to Hololive and cause problems to them so he limits their contacts.
