Watch her early streams before she met moona, she would shy away from everyone even on the minecraft server, prefering to play solo, she didn't like talking to anyone. It was her own chat encouraging her to reach out that caused her to start to talk to people.
-heck she ended up reaching out to moona because she needed lapis lazuli, and continued the conversation because in an autistic spurg moment while trying to type in english, she sort of extorted moona while tossing TnT at her (yes, the stupid rabbit was trying to be nice but it really came across as bullying, something pekora noticed imediately). So she tried to make it up to moona by offering her something in return, which moona said she needed wool and yellow wool.
Pekora didn't just give her wool and yellow wool, she also showed her where to get wool (thier sheep pen) and how to make yellow dye, making a friend in the process. So we have a socially akward girl~
for those types of people being around extroverts is hard. It's why you don't see pekora hang out with Marine much either, those type of people sort of bully pekora a bit and she gets uncomfortable. That said I don't think Pekora hates Kiara, I think she's trying to be nice to her, in her own autistic way.
Kiara however is a social butterfly, she doesn't make a few close friends but a million shallow friends (which is the oposite of pekora), kiara simply doesn't see friendship as something to work on, so to her she's already close friends with pekora, and to pekora it feels like kiara is avoiding her.
Just two incompatible people. I wouldn't say they hate eachother, just they'll never be close friends.
