Genital Jousting was going to be banned in many countries because of it's content, so the devs just released it unrated so it wouldn't go to committee.
JP holomem are not allowed to play this game due to it not being rated by CERO, and for it being a violation of public streaming guidelines due to having children in the audience.
That's why covercorp reacted so strongly, a lot of japanese children went onto Bae's stream and then wanted their oshi to play a game not legal for Japanese broadcasting.
It's stress all around for the talents, so my guess is covercorp is making a new rule that EN is not allowed to play content that JP cannot as well, since their channels are also JP owned and fall under Japan's weird public broadcasting laws.
