Case in point, a male streamer could "touch grass" as the groomers say and still not be abandoned by anyone but moralfags because men usually don't watch men unless they're entertaining and nobody really cares what a male streamer does in his personal life unless they're mad at the world and looking for something to be angry about. Granted, said streamer would be literally crucified by moral fags. But not by his core fanbase.
A female streamer's core fanbase is different. They invest emotionally and financially into a parasocial relationship and if they find out they've been cheated on with a man then the trust is broken and the appeal is dead. Trust is easy to lose and hard to win back. Moralfags don't care because they're all on board with wanton female hedonism, but the core fanbase considers ntr a cardinal sin if the vtuber didn't already make it clear from the start what a whore they'd be. The real betrayal is a betrayal of reasonable expectations (given that female streamers are selling female attention) and lying by omission if ntr was never discussed as something they'd be engaging in.
tldr Don't lead men in and there won't be a problem.
