Gonna be real, from the cinematics and the playtesting it looks like it could be actually good. I think the problem is that Blizzard has lost so much goodwill. When Diablo 3 came out, people were willing to buy it despite their misgivings. Diablo 4, despite looking more promising, doesn't have that; now people assume it's bad and have to be convinced.

The Apex collab was with two people she is already relatively close it and one guy who doesn't really force his presence too much. Plus they were more focused on the game.
The D4 collab had a bunch of people she didn't even know and the topics weren't stuff she knows anything about. Plus they barely focused on the game after more people poured in and it just became a podcast with some gameplay in the background.
