all these random video game companies that sprouted up since fall 1985 need to fucking pay respect to the fact that probably few or none of them would be there if Nintendo didn't blow up the market and prove its viable. at the time when the NES took off, Super Mario could sell 50k copies -by itself- and the others could sell 10-20k. all the random companies only started making games then.
all this second hand, third hand fourth hand follow-on shit is all treading in the massive tracks Nintendo made. their opinions barely fucking matter. it's like a collection of knockoff fake-Marios trying to bully the fans of the actual Mario and tell them what to think/do. lmao, sega, NEC, SNK have no chance.
