People hold Diablo 2 in a high standard and it's not bad but half of Diablo 2 is just fetch quests add on to that the fact that your map never stayed after you closed the game and the extremely small amount of inventory you had to manage the massive amount of shit you had to do to respec your build
Diablo 2 may be better than Diablo 3 in terms of story telling but it's gameplay loop is kinda shit. I went back and played it before launch and found myself just wanting to skip to act 3 immediately because the first two acts suck so bad. I wonder how many HoloEn members will play d4
