To be honest they still barely know each other. Ina especially said that she only opens up to people she's known for a long time. They're slowly feeling out each other's personalities, and you can see it at work in their group collabs. The Christmas special was really the first time we got to see them after they had a few months to develop their characters.

It's also important to remember that due to time zones Gura, Ina and Ame rarely get to do anything with Calli and Kiara, so if there is a dynamic we barely have anything to go on. The most we can tell is that Ina and Calli are on relatively good terms and Kiara likes provoking Ina to see her reactions.

Gura and Ame have a similar energy but don't yet operate on the same wavelength (Gura is often left to fill dead air with awkward questions), Gura and Ina have a playful but adversarial style, and it's been ages since Ame did anything with Ina. Calli is left to navigate a relationship with Kiara that is more or less "my gay best friend" played for drama and laughs.

It kinda is yeah. Ina does feel pretty dejected about her lack of collabs, since doing those was a part of why she joined to begin with.
Its just a timeslot issue though.

I'd comment on Ina too but its been so long since her other collabs. I remember the Ramune Stream with Ame was pretty fun and the Mori fighting game one was pretty bad.

Okayu has already said that Korone stopped taking her out to lots of places like she used to, in other words she's not grooming her like before. This couples with all the "lonely" jokes Korone's been doing during late hours. My rrat is that she's waiting for Okayu to be able to move out with her to a new apartment without it looking suspicious but then all the shenanigans with the pandemic and her family started. Also last time they went out together both got sick.
