If you want to succeed as a non english and non japanese speaking vtuber, that's a much harder road but much bigger room to grow and even explode into a high 4 view or even 5 view.
I would look at Kobo Kanaeru from Hololive, she captured the Indonesian speaking market in a way no one has done before and has leap frogged all her corp mates into the 9th largest vtuber on youtube or 6th largest vtuber from hololive on youtube with at post 2.07 million subs.
Kobo has done this with a very thick ESL english accent and mostly Indonesian only streams.
Now you shouldn't copy Kobo, you should learn how she jelled so well with the Indonesian speaking internet world in a way no other Indonesian vtuber has done before and since.
Once you learned how Kobo did it, beyond the minor help from being in Hololive (no other Hololive Indonesian vtuber has done this), adapt this to the special unique spanish speaking vtuber viewers as well as the much larger related audience of weebs and anime fans who speak spanish.
The spanish speaking vtuber community and the related anime community is largely under served, but like all such markets, getting traction will be hard but the the growth potential is massive.
The english speaking market will get you into the 2 maybe even 3 view range easily if you have any skill, but you will be just another dime a dozen chuuba unlikely to move beyond that unless you join a corp or get very, very lucky.
Anyways, that's my 2 cents.
