She talks about graduation and losing your model, saying it's "graduation into homelessness". The irony in all this is that the ex-company she was in, literally took 3 of those graduates. Nothing is lost, working on another vtubing company can look good on a CV when joining another company (see Luna), and there's always the option to start indie/restart your old account (see Sayu). Nobody is completely losing their jobs, fans who want to find them, will find them.
