She seems to genuinly have conservative beliefs, but she isn't a radical (unlike her fans). She goes on rants that admonish sex and promiscuity, but doesn't think that it damages your worth as a person (unlike her fans). She admits to saying racist jokes in the past, but doesn't say them anymore (unlike her fans). She is a massive vtuber fan, but doesn't engage or annoy smaller streamers (unlike her fans).
The reason why Pippa is considered based (and braindamaged) is not because she browses /pol/, but because she is unapologetically herself: She says what is on her mind regardless of how embarassing it is, or how much it defies social convention. In other words - Pippa isn't based because she's right or /here/ - she's based because she's not afraid to say something dumb or autistic (like her fans).
