The price went up a couple of hundred yen prior to the announcement, you can go back over the course of their stock existing and find that happening plenty of times with nothing apparent to cause it. Example April 17th price was 5,920 then the next day April 18th it spiked up to 6,280, no announcements from Anycolor or anything to correlate with it, 8th May to 9th May price jumped up by a couple hundred yen nothing to account for it. 30th Jan to 31st Jan price went up 300 yen with nothing to account for it and so on.
