No credits to the artist, so it may not be parsley. This goes to almost all of those Koreans, except for Yuni, who, as it turns out, used to be in YumePercent and was drawn by Nabi.
As for the catto, hair gloss was done in a different way. I've noticed small lines around her irises, so it's not 1:1. The similarity is still stunning.

The artist is credited on twitter and it's someone that draws holo fanart. Their style is hardly consistent so this really feels like a case of trying to copy someone else's work that they see as the best.

It's not the artists fault, I don't get why people are blaming them.
It's not the first time this has happened, people shell out to get existing vtuber artists with big talents under their name to draw a copy. It brings them in views and exposure.
If you don't have the networking/nepotism boost from connects fast tracking your channel this is the next best way to get massive early growth.
