The announcement was around feb, the concert was planned for April.
Fairly obvious the EN management fucked up with their scheduling, no way in hell that was gonna happen in such a tiny amount of time.
Consider the lazulight 3D, that took nearly a month and a half of the girls being in Japan and recording for just 3 people.

I think they pissed them off cause the NijiJP director, when talking about the cancelled AR concert, didn't even hint at the possibility of a "revenge" concert which is usually what happens if an concert gets cancelled or is scuffed as hell.
