The most likely reason is that she simply outgrew VOMS
She's been wanting to explore things like 3D models and song covers for a long time but they were unable to help her achieve them, while also constraining her ability to make her own creative decisions due to not owning her character
She's also a shut-in introvert who loves to stream because that's pretty much all the socialization she gets so retirement was never an option

The thing is I think it would be something highly relevant to the question of what exactly happened with Pikamee.
We know Pikamee was harassed, but we have no idea what impact it had, if it had any at all, on her decision to leave VOMs. It's generally accepted by now that she was probably planning to leave before the harassment happened, but we don't know if the harassment expedited the process or if it didn't really change things at all. Screenshots of her having merch scheduled up until August would be proof that it at least expedited the process. So I'm skeptical because such a screenshot would be so relevant to the discussion that I'm surprised I haven't seen it yet.

Tbh I'm fine if you don't believe me. I felt that even when it finally get screencapped the "defenders" of those people either going to ignore it or bury it with replies and abuse.
To be honest, seeing 26 billion dollars Budlight demise and companies silently removing their "altered logo" shows that people are sick and tired of these bullshit.
I remember in that stickied thread I argued that no matter how many of our post got removed, people will still remember. The idea is planted, and the moment it became memetic, it will never disappear.

The only thing that make me still bitter, is how it affect someone like her. We expect this kind of thing fell on awful people as karma. But all she wants is to stream peacefully. It's always heartwrenching listening to her Zatsudan when she recount her difficulties wanting to be accepted as a hapa girl with blond hair in Japan. She tried to sweep it up as something from her past. But I felt that she still face that difficulties until now. Then she had to deal with actual monsters hiding behind human skin.

For a character she does not own. It's not that she didn't WANT to collab as Pika, but that with VOMS it was entirely on her to reach out to people, something she is both really, really bad at and is intensely aware of it.

Also if you watch her old stuff she tend to repeat both conversation in English and Japanese
Hell, they can even release her as a lone gen character like Irys and Suisei and give her more freedom to move around.

I mean look at Mori, Bae and Anya. They're EN and ID but because they're fluent in JP and EN they have fluidity to move around in JP-ID-EN scenes. Bae has solid fandom in JP and made a ton of stream in Japanese. Anya actively stream in Japanese and collabing with lots of JP girls, even invited for JP interviews and declared a Japanese by JP girls. Mori? She became Japan's tourism ambassador along with Miko and Gura. And Gura isn't even fluent in Japanese.

The reason why I don't buy for a moment that the trannies accelerated anything is the date of the graduation, it's literally the final day of the JP fiscal year, which is why so many JP and JP affiliated vtubers graduate on that day specifically. One is rough, but the most pure "assassin" experience. Later games get more polished for the most part, but each has jank of some kind. Was a big fan of the series until Unity, which was the last one I was interested in.
Personally love AC1, but I get why people dislike it, it's gameplay loop is very repetitive and the activities between the main assassinations are pretty shit.

I thought the streamer gets the money that the bit represents and it's the viewer who pays the Twitch tax. Like, 500 bit represent 5 dollars for the streamer but cost 7 because Twitch takes 2.

That's not a good showrunner and people will hate that too.
A comedy group is all about the ability to be either the funny man or the straight man. This can switch during the show or a fixed role.
In Japan this kind of comedy is called Manzai.

I got the impression that Heyna is not living in Tokyo or some other big city from what she said at various points in her PL.

From what I know real estate price in Japan is fairly low once you go outside these big cities, so if she wants, she should easily be able to afford a bigger house if she wants to.

Actually there are houses and apartments in Tokyo that go for cheap. The caveat is, the previous owner died in that house/apartment and sometimes goes unnoticed for months.
Japanese are still superstitious bunch, not many want to move to a place they consider "haunted"
