Some are good like Pekora and Laplus but others are not.

Polka and Pekora come to mind immediately.

Pekora for her voice and verbal tic.

Polka for being the entire circus.
She has various rubber chickens and horns and other clown tools she uses on stream, has her Legend of Polka show where she does all kinds of skits, even bungee-jumped and skydived.

Best in EN would probably be Kiara for leaning into her KFP kayfabe, having her 'usual room', doing chicken themed streams and building the restaurant in Minecraft.
Fauna is building a world tree, but she also heavily industrialized the EN server with all kinds of farms and machines.

Less than 1% of EN ones that's for sure. They think being in character is "cringe" so they get anime avatars, they have names like "Tanaka Hanako", and then when you tune in, you hear a roastie voice that says "Y'all" even thought they are from fucking Canada or some shit, and they have 5 pronouns in their bio.
