In most cases, the reason I stop watching is because they don't play cool games or have a cool attitude while streaming. Boring content combined with someone who feels like they're not even really having fun streaming is usually enough for me to back out from watching someone's streams. Coincidentally enough, there's a lot of people that feel like this in Hololive EN.
You should never be spurred on by what /vt/ says, or what any other group on some other gay ass website says. Watch someone you like and stick with them until they get boring for you. It's like playing a video game that people on this website say is shit, don't say it's shit blatantly like that until you play it yourself.
For example, in my personal experience, Mumei is a dog shit boring streamer who's hoisted up by morons who think quirky, mumbling white girl is an endearing personality trait. And in my personal experience, Metroid Prime is a piece of fucking overrated garbage. See how that works? You have to experience things yourself to really judge anything on your own terms. Not anyone else's.
