>>51378297> what exactly happenedNobody viewer side really knows and anybody who says otherwise without hard proof is selling you a bill of goods.
There was something that their generation was dissatisfied with when it came to either management directly or the direction of the company overall. They gave demands to management that they wanted met or they would walk. Everything said by management or a talent on the topic about this has stated that management was willing to meet their demands on every point but the generation decided to still walk.
Some of the girls have told us that there were 1 or 2 in the generation who communicated to them that they were entirely willing to stay after this but ended up leaving anyway.
To my knowledge I do not know if any of the girls who left have made any remarks on the situation or what their motives had been since then as I my Oshi is in Production Kawaii and I chose to trust her word until she is proven untrustworthy.
That's why there's so much room for shitflinging on this subject. It's a he-said she-said with absolutely no clarifying evidence to corroborate any particular rrat from a viewer perspective. The Production Kawaii talents who remained have repeatably stressed that they have made the effort to fully document their side of the story in case proving themselves ever became necessary. You can chose to believe that or not but there's no real reason to doubt it unless you have some preexisting bias (justified or unjustied) that would cause you to doubt it.
I was a big fan of one of the gen 3 girls and her leaving caught me entirely off-guard. I had donated to her, bought her merch, etc. She wasn't my favorite, but definitely second favorite in the company and the only other one I took time to make sure I watched live whenever it was possible. Speaking personally I'm someone who would have every incentive to try and interpret these events in the best way possible to not make her look suspect or of poor character but the facts on the ground as they are and as those outside of the company have access to them paint a very poor picture of Gen 3's actions and in such a way that I can't really overlook.
That's the strait dope as far as I have it.
