She said that she was happy that Reine did not end up hating her --for botching the planning of the trip--, when it was also their first time meeting each other in person and with Reine basically taking a leap of faith regarding vacationing together.
That was the context. She expressed a lot of anxiety about it because of how shitty the weather ended up being, and was happy that they were still able to have fun and bond in spite of it.
It still kind of eats at her to a degree to this day, since she also expressed surprised in being voted for good at planning dates and such, instead deferring to Mori always having fun ideas about stuff to do when they met up.
