My guess is either that she's relapsed or in rehab, or that there's some genuine medical problem going on. It's not impossible to get some truly horrible shit even young. (I have a friend who got cancer in his 20s.)
I don't think Cover is bullying her. In fact, I bet they're a lot more lenient with her precisely because she is a superstar. I don't doubt she's annoyed that she can't do whatever she wants, but I don't think that's the primary reason for the incredibly slow rate of delivery.
Whatever it is, I just hope she'll return at some point. She's still one of the most entertaining Holomems.
