One of the things that I know that they hated about lumi was her paypigs, saying that Jack and Char as they're from multi millionaire families and last year char alone gave more than 20k to lumi.
While it's known that a clique between miia, Jack, char, lumi, Yuri and other main paypigs exists, unlike Vera Vee who aparently had sex with her paypigs. Lumi never met them or gave them photos, while Miia had at least shared picture with both.
I do believe that there's more to lumi/cyberlive story that we don't know and probably never will but at the same time. A lot of vtubers like Nako, Nyaru, Bodega, Miia and others talks very fondly and good about lumi. While I think that there's more about it, and that lumi sounds like a Stacy a lot of times, I don't think that the fault falls alone on her.
Also, if you know woman, they are famous to hate people for petty things. Kirsche and nyaru talked about it in the past, where a person said a nothing burger thing to them and they still hate the person even if they know it's a petty thing.
